Norfolk, VA ( February 20th, 2025) – The Virginia Beach City FC 2009 Girls Academy I team are the champions of the Adidas National Cup, showcasing their skill, determination, and resilience throughout the tournament. From start to finish, they dominated the competition.
The team set the tone early with a 4-0 victory over Northern Piedmont Sports Club. Their relentless offense and solid defense made it clear they were there to win.
They kept their foot on the gas, securing a 2-0 win against St. Mary’s Soccer SMS. Their teamwork and preparation showed as they controlled the game from start to finish.
In the final, they faced a tough Fredericksburg FC team. In a hard-fought battle, they won 1-0, proving their resilience and ability to perform under pressure.
